How do I get to you from O.R. Tambo?
Norkem Park is about 20 minutes by road from the airport outside peak traffic. The gate address and directions are sent with your booking confirmation. If you would rather not drive, book the shuttle.
Can you collect me from the airport?
Yes, on request. The shuttle is R350 per one-way trip. Give us your flight number and we plan the pick-up. You can add it when you book, or message us.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 12:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Bring the ID that matches the name on the booking. Late check-in is by arrangement: tell us if you land after dark.
How does the deposit work?
A 50% deposit by bank transfer (EFT) holds your room, or the full amount if you arrive within 7 days. The booking stays pending until the money reflects, and an unpaid booking is released after 48 hours. Cancel 7 or more days before arrival for a full refund. The details are in the booking terms.
